Axial fan with external rotor motor with upward discharge orientation equipped with two speeds, Class F insulation, IP54 protection and with life expectance of 30,000 hours (L10)
Casing panels are of heavy gauge galvanized steel sheet and completely weatherised for outdoor installation by baked on electrostatic polyester dry powder coat of approx. 80 - 110 microns. Unit coating withstands 1000hrs of salt spray test as per ASTMB 117.
Unit is controlled by programmable logic controller or 4-6 stage controller which provides all the necessary protection and circuit elements for safe operation of unit. Controls used in the unit are reliable in operation at high ambient conditions for long periods.
Both suction and liquid are equipped with ball valve along with charging port. Units are charged with nitrogen before shipping. Equipped with auto reset pressure switches for the protection of compressor switches.
